Nah, there'sa few exceptions with good quality episodes that do happen in the earlier seasons, but from season four onward *everything* was better. The intro is, too - and there's actually a few variations on it. This one is clearly for Season 7 - as Nicole de Boer is in it, and not Terry Farrel. I'm pretty sure that in season 4, that Nebula Class for instance isn't there yet. I think that happens only after they retake DS9 from the Dominion.
Edit: I stand corrected. Way of the Warrior does actually have the Nebula.
