When I choose response (1.) in a triggered cutscene with Shadowheart “Option is no longer valid” appears in red in the upper left of the screen. I have to choose (2. Leave) to continue. This scene automatically triggers in the Gnome windmill area when Shadowheart gets near a statue around the back of the windmill. It’s where she gets sudden pain in her hand. I think this is an error because I think I had this scene already trigger a little earlier elsewhere.
