I managed 16 attacks with Lae'zel in one round on my first play through!
3 attacks per action at level 12...
Standard action (3 attacks)
Haste (3 attacks)
Bloodlust (3 attacks)
Action Surge (3 attacks)
Item which gives additional action surge in exchange for damage...don't remember the name (3 attacks)
Great Weapon Master Feat (+1 attack)
This made the Shar Cloister fight a piece of cake.
