As always: please be aware of spoilers below , if you have not finished the game.
Just random things that I think would make the game better if added or tweaked, not enough to have their own thread, as it isnt a huge difference in the game, so Im lumping them all here.
-New Ending: If you became a mindflayer and stuck by The Emperor, you can choose to leave with him and start your life in Baldurs Gate with him at the end of the game. Depending on your interactions with The Emperor: this can have a hopeful undertone, where you are both the guardians of the city, or a nefarious undertone, where you both begin spinning your webs of manipulation throughout the city.
-New Romance / Fling interactions: Rolan romance: after helping him claim Loarroakan's tower, Minsc: after forming a strong bond you can have a fling with, and if you are playing as Durge: Gortash fling (you can join him in his office for a ...reunion
)
-Able to have your own camping tent in camp, that you can decorate and add items you have collected in the game. Perhaps you can purchase carpets and pillows, tent designs from a new type of trader to design your own space similar to that of Astarion's, Gale's, Shadowheart's, ect..
-Dragon sorcerer tweaks: Being able to use more dragon-esque spells an attacks such as dragon breath, having immunity or permenant resistance to a specific element, having more cosmetic options such as a dragon tail, claws, and horns. Also having more dialogue options. It would be interesting to have unique interactions with Githyanki considering their admiration for dragons, and also interactions with devils.
-Clerics: add more dieties and make it more interactive. Add idols of the dieties throughout the game and perhaps amulets for those who worship them that add buffs and a blessing from your diety. Having your Diety comment once in a while when interacting at certain points in the game. EX: leading or guiding you to the idol or amulet. Warning you against other dieties like in Shar's temple or with the shadow curse. As for dieties themselves, I know many would love to play as a Shar Cleric, and the Bane, Myrkul, Bhaal, cut content would be amazing to have fully in the game. Id also like to see Umberlee and Kereska as an add on. Perhaps with unique interactions with Dragonborn / Dragon sorcerer or Wizard for Kereska, and Umberlee's waveservants and the Koa-toa / Shaughin. Silvanus would be interesting, especially interacting with the Emerald Grove, Halsin, and the druids.
-Add body tattoos.
-Add two more ring slots. I have two hands. Please gimme more ring slots.
-Add a belt slot.
-More or new armor designs as I can never get enough of customization.
-New races / Subraces such as : Shadar-kai, Astral Elf, Githzerai, Cambion (perhaps you too have escaped hell like Karlach?),
-Nail color options and lengths ??
