Sorely needed, I think. My Tav just stands there looking awkward as anything with a sad face on. Fingers crossed something along these lines gets added in the upcoming patch.
I'm not sure I'll be letting her sacrifice her parents in future playthroughs, though. She seems happier, they seem happy to be alive, and talking to other companions afterwards (especially what
Jaheira says) makes me feel it was the right way to go.

Saving her parents is the only way that you get the ending where you live in a cottage with her with heaps of animals and a flower garden. Which is exactly how she envisioned the future she’d want. Just gotta do it.
