I no longer log into twitter directly I just use nitter. Nitter is just open source project that allows you view twitter without logging in.
It's a good practice to avoid clicking on links you don't trust Have you tried clicking on the "replies" tab in twitter and scrolling down to the reply to @AllyVict ?
