My game crashed during Honour Mode, but there were no issues at all with both the achievement and the dice.
If you wish to be absolutely certain your run is still valid, simply open the Difficulty menu while in-game and check if you have custom difficulty sliders. If you do not, then your run is still valid.
The only way it *could* invalidate your run is if the game crash somehow corrupted your profile files (which keep track of your Honour run) or if your game crashed as it was saving and thus corrupted the save.
