I have started a new run with patch 6, honour mode. In Astarion's recruitment scene, he disappeared entirely. He was completely invisible in all camera shots, but I think his knife did show up, floating in thin air. After the scene the game went back to the normal view, which made him visible again. But then the UI had disappeared. Restarting the game solved that issue.
