Karlach is somehow broken in my game. Ever since I recruited her on this patch and on a fresh save file, the banter between her and the others doesn't trigger at all. In fact, whenever she's in my party, no banter triggers between the others either. I did some testing, I swapped her for other companions and banters immediately started between them when she was gone.
