yes I know they're related and yes I know it's incest, they're Bhaalspawns it's kind of their thing,
also nobody batted an eye at the incest speedster from DC known Impulse who is both an Allen and a Thawne, seeing as Eobard and the rest of the Thawne bloodline are direct descendants of Nora Allen, Eobard is apparently directly related to Barry's long lost twin Malcolm Thawne/Cobalt Blue
