If you pull the lever that summons that one elevator near the Shar trails, there can be (not always!) a long delay and a follow up instant death when you come to investigate said not appearing elevator. My party wasn't grouped together, but man. What a trap.
Several people also had NPCs disappear in Act 2. Halsin and Bex for me. Other NPCs do not act as if they are dead. I have a ton of old bugs, that's the only new and *severe* ones. I can't confirm if Bex disappearing locks you out of Alfira's reward, as this was a Durge run. There's two dozen or so minor issues with the patch, but those are usually bearable. The most annoying one was perhaps all the paths in the leap of faith Shar trail being properly invisible, or the camp chest being glued shut.
Invisibility is virtually nerfed into the ground on difficulties of Tactician and above. Any buff disrupts it, whether arcane synergy, temporary HP, or bless. I can't tell if this is intentional or not. As a result, the already struggling Durge cape is now useless. It's just not worth the losses.
I would really love it if Larian finally fixed the Grymforge. Broken since day 1. There is not one, but like 7 separate bugs and one engine issue by now through adding ever more bugs and fixing none. I know this shouldn't really be mentioned here, but by the time I worked around 6/7 of them, I'd wasted 2 hours and was still stuck with a forge that couldn't produce the second item. This is just too much.
