That position may not be typical but it is possible without a tail. I don't enjoy it but it has some advantages depending on how the partners are built.
I'm kinda glad to see it because in porn it's pretty typical to see two women doing things that aren't much fun and few women actually do when they don't have a camera aimed at them.
