Yeah that is happening to me. I heard patch 6 might have moved it specifically to the tiefling party? But im more stuck on the owlbear cub bug. Little guy wont show up at the goblin camp. Ive sent bug reports but like...i legit cant continue 3 whole acts with out the little guy
