Personally I don't care about representation, but I really do enjoy how Jennifer English's personal preferences have been incorporated into the character. Love the subtle flirtations Shadowheart has with Karlach as they're so lovely, and her wanting to be thrown over her shoulder and carried off is both sweet and funny to me
Plus Shadowheart is kinky as hell, so it fits the character beautifully. Can't say the same about all the aspects related to her character though, as representation actually did hurt a part of her personal story in ACT III massively for me (which I won't speak on because God forbid anyone says something constructively negative in today's day and age when it comes to these topics).
