Without strength potions you’d use the gauntlets of giant strength instead of the gloves of uninhibited kushigo, which means -4 to hit and -8.5 average damage. Without the auto prone you’d need to keep on the risky ring for auto advantage and would lose 2 damage. Both would make it worse but still a monster. There’s too good off item support for it to not be top tier, only a drastic change to tavern brawler or the elimination of all strength elixirs and the strength gloves would really be able to knock it down from there.
