OK, in dem Fall würde ich im Allgemeinen zu Intel-CPUs greifen. Ich denke, von der Preis-Leistung her sind Intel-CPUs zur Zeit die besten. Was nicht heißen soll, daß sie die billigsten sind - aber der Mehrpreis sorgt auch für deutlich mehr Leistung.
Was das Budget angeht: Ich würde mit 1000 Euro ein aktuelles System auf die Beine stellen. Ohne Monitor. Mit Monitor wird das meiner Meinung nach etwas knapp.
