Barcus is dead for some of us though
It looks like the quest is flawed. But if it is any consolation... When it unwraps, that Wulbren behaves like such an a*hole to both Barcus and us, that next PT I will probably just save the Tieflings and let him rot in his cell.
(I mean, I 've killed goblins that were nicer to us than him.)
