I think it is known, that if you drank from srine and immediately teleport back (to different part of the world) using piramid, shrine will remain empty forever.
Actually I understand, that if Marked One drink from shrine he somehow establish connection between the shrine and the Source, thus if he goes too far from srine connection breaks and shrine remains empty :] And only healers of the highest rank can reestablish connection... or mages of level 183, I think, able to perform Reconnection Ritual... :]
But how mage of lvl 25 can get shrines back to functioning?
