Just wanted to share a successful recruitment of Minthara. All methods I've seen so far have been pretty convoluted, so I was pleased when this worked.
At the goblin camp, I simply rescued Halsin and killed Gut and Ragzlin leaders with his help, making sure to only KO Minthara. That's pretty much it. In act 2, she was in Moonrise Towers and I was able to save her.
