There is lots of things frustrating about Honor Mode ...
Mainly is that sometimes it feels like Larian have no Honor ... especialy when magical effects ends sooner than they should, NPCs have higher statistics than they should, or damage to them is divided by 2 even tho they have NO RESISTANCES AT ALL! But i digress ...

What is most frustrating tho, is quite honestly need to go trough all those things at the very beginning all over again. -_-
And im really sory to say this, bcs that cinematic is awesome ... not so much on your 57th playtrough tho ...
Same goes with Tutorial ... you made it short, thats good ... still, its quite annoying ...
And dont let me start on character creation ... i mean its great, but i allways spend there two hours ... yes i know that is my own fault ...

Anyway!

It would make me infinite times happier ... if i could skip those tedious parts ...
Therefore i beg you Larian ... if person fails in their Honor Mode ... instead of deleting the campaign whole ... allow us to take the same character, and start again, just as we leave Nautiloid. If that isnt too hard to make ...
And if is ... prehaps make there a hard save that wouldnt overwrite ... then, the "restart" would simply send us there, back at the very beginning and we can try again! ^_^

Meantime, I would be surprised if one couldn't move honor mode save to a different place, and past it back into directory to continue. You could make a copy of the save and save it in a safe place, and than move it back into save directory after a failed run.

In general, I tend to make copies of saves for any Ironman runs anyway, as in my experience most games are simply too buggy to be trusted.

This would also be a workaround for people who want to play honor difficulty with legendary actions and all without worrying too much about hard encounters. Has anyone tried this?

Sort of related, I wish we could save character builds and guardian designs for later use.

Sort of related, I think it would be cool if the Origins had default Guardians that you could then modify if you didn't like them. I tend to build a Sebastian look-a-like for Astarion for example.
