I am not sure why you have the option to be evil if it just cost you followers and death. For once I wish the choice to play evil would not have horrible consequences you should of made it where if you lose followers because of being evil you gain other followers that are evil that have there own huge part or story in the game even in D&D people play evil campaigns not sure why you could not have set it up that only certain followers you would gain from a evil play through and make them be able to be romanced and them have good endings as well. It is so frustrating that all these damn games do this oh we give you choices but theirs only one way to play to get good endings come on now.
Obviously most commenting on my post are the hero this honor that glory of the good type attitudes your missing the point of my post so let me clarify.
5. Having companions that are strictly only able to be unlocked and romanced do to evil choices would add a great achievement to the game another ending you would love to experience
Orin the Red would be the perfect romance option and companion for Durge,
I know they're related, I also know that they're both Bhaalspawns so incest isn't that big of a deal, I mean Imoen and Charname ships exist,
I also think Ketheric would be another perfect companion for Durge for obvious reasons,
recruiting Ketheric and allying with Trash Panda Gortash, would allow the the Absolute's plan to succeed

Evil campaigns do not just consist of murder everyone and everything they to usually have goals they want to reach not to mention enemies that are good that would stand in there way like other bosses you would have to face following that path. Simply could of made it where there is two sides of a coin with different endings and boss encounters and quest.
Like you can be evil and have a sense of honor, as long as you're fine with being second in command,
