Valid point. I second this. My suggestion would be to make it as consensual as with Abdirak's lewdness. In general try to make Astarion more dominant by increasing his hedonism (leaning on
Sorin Markov's background) instead of his cruelty. It also allows his basic manipulative attitude to shine through better, despite his new dominant nature.
