Is that a non-existent Hotfix ?!?
Because Hotfix 21 was GoG patch "Release 6 Hotfix 4 4.1.1.4890942".
The chaos happily continues.
it was a small repair of hotfix 21 that Larian released about 2mins after 21 only on PC [Steam and Gog] to test if they could fix their mistake and the test worked so now you have hotfix 22 which repairs cross save server issue on Steam only... not Gog but the good news is this one brings everyone back to the same build for muliplayer
