But I also have to warn that there are cutscenes that no longer allow you to progress certain quests in the game. It is and remains a double-edged sword.
I've just finished the game and I don't see any cutscenes on field (= not with a "!" on the character or launched automatically) that no longer allow you to progress a quest.
All the ones I've seen are just mood scenes or the character's opinion with rare possible responses from your character.
