You seriously were spoiled by Bethesda games modding tools. There are very few games, that have modding capability you expect from Larian. I don't think it was reasonable expecting such a comprehensive tool from Larian to begin with.

people are complaining about modding and demand larian to support every existing mod and modding tools for whatever idea somebody might have. this is not dev's responsibility whatsoever
