Larian has made it clear that BG3 will have no expansions/DLCs. The game is basically done.
We will however get some extra evil endings and cinematics. Also very basic Mod support.
And of course the obligatory "bug fixes" every months or so.
And...that is it? I was hopping for Larian to fix not just bugs but maybe improve the game's mid to last chapter?
-Maybe improve the UI?
-Improve the D&D experience (spells/mechanics and such) ?
-Will there be an enhanced edition?
-More OPTIONS in the menu to tailor the D&D rules and gameplay a bit, like Pathfinder, Solasta or the PoE series ? <------My biggest gripe.
It does not take 6 months of dev, a full team of rocket scientists, and millions of dollars to ADD just a few options and sliders to the game options system (the most bare-bone thing in the game) It can even be super lazy, like an ON/OFF switch for stuff WE HAD IN EA like "Roll for stats".
Basically improving the current game (bug fixing isn't improving, its FIXING) would of been a no brainer but it seems like its turned into: "heres a few additional adds, some more bug fixes, and were done...".
What is everyone's thought on the future roadmap of this game? To me It seems to have quickly turned into a "Dead End".
