that sort of depends on where you want it shipped to because Australia will take longer than say Japan but yes it gets there when [if] it gets there

I'm in the US.

You added "if" it gets here? Are some people not getting their orders?

Has anyone been receiving their deluxe physical orders yet (from q1 or q2) ? If so, for what platform/s?

Hello! Console pre-orders for the physical Deluxe Edition are expected to begin shipping between April and May. Keep an eye on your email, as you will receive notifications about the shipping there.

I ordered my PC, PS5, and Xbox Deluxe Edition first day available on the first available day in Nov '23 and just received my PC DE on April 2.

I have not received any updated info on my PS5/Xbox DE via email yet, giving until end of May for a console update as the above post points out.

Hopefully they will arrive sooner rather than later.......I played the 2hr trial on PS5 and man, that just wasn't enough.

This will be my first game from Larian, and I cannot wait to have the time to sit back, take my time and enjoy this game.

As of today they are saying that all ps5 copies will be shipped in May but it's really hard to trust them after so many delays.

I ordered my Physical Ps5 copy last December and still haven't received any email when it's being delivered. Have emailed them 3 times already without a response of exactly when this is due to get to me in London. This is getting beyond a joke. I really am on the verge of contacting my bank and getting my money back.
Edit-I just received the email at last now just to wait 48 hours for delivery anyhow it gets lost, I'll tear my hair out

24/5/24-Yep just as I thought 48 hrs later and surprise surprise nothing arrived. Royal mail tracking states still awaiting item. Pathetic service, for a game I paid £100 for in December 2023.

The Xbox copies are now shipping.

A full week later and Royal Mail page still states "We're expecting it". After phoning royal mail they told me the shipping company has still got the item. Emailed Larian merc five days ago and still haven't heard back. Salo I also tried to private message you but Gateway times out or comes up with "We encountered a problem Database error only visible to forum administrators." I really don't know what to do. It really is a Shambles

I'm in Oceania. Ordered PS5 Deluxe. Wave 2. I've received the digital code for the goodies via email, but according to my order page it hasn't been shipped yet, and it's now mid-June.

Sent an email to support several days ago, no response. This whole thing is just disappointing. I don't know if their support team is just a single person or something but they're either really short-staffed, or they're being inundated with tickets due to these issues. I just want more communication.

i'm in Italy, ordered on 29 of june the deluxe ps5 phisical copy. Today i noticed that on the order page i can see "SHIPPED"...but shipped from where?

I ordered my PS5 copy November 18th and received it today. What's wonderful is that it is missing one of the three soundtrack discs and the PS5 game case has a big gash across the front cover plastic... Also I'm pretty sure the map was originally advertised as cloth, but this one is just paper (I don't care all that much about this though). I emailed Larian customer support, we'll see what they do for me.

Probably coming from Ireland, I'm in the US and that is where my copy came from.

if the order status is "shipped" (from Ireland) and i live in Italy, how much time could it take to be bringed to me?

Hard to tell. I got a FedEx shipping email from them when they created the shipping label, but they didn't ship it for a solid week. Once they did ship, I got it remarkably fast, about 2 days.

I got an email on the 5th of July saying a label has been created, still has not been sent out yet I am getting antsy waiting

received today the tracking number from GLS, it says that the expedition should arrive tomorrow 19/07: less than one month since order purchase.

Received today, everything ok but i don't think it's very smart to put a label on the box that says:"baldur's gate ps5 deluxe edition inside"....

Specially in America where "five finger discount" is the new craze
