Hey,
I'm currently playing in honour mode and got in an unwanted fight by accident. I just killed the Sahuagin without any civilian casualties. Immediately after the old fisherman thanked me for protecting them (and before I had time to cancel my concentration) some civilian walked into my spike growth and got himself killed. Which triggered some flaming fist to attack me.
Is there any way to solve this without killing the flaming fist? And if not, will it have any lasting consequences if I kill them?

You can manually turn off any concentration effects. Combine this with manually entering turn based mode to prevent NPC's from moving and you can avoid accidental damage from persistent AoE spells.

As far as solving an unwanted attack, if they have the "Temporarily Hostile" effect from crime, you can leave the area (Such as getting far enough away to go to camp) and they will go back to normal when you return.

Run away! Run away!

Sleep, Grease (bottled too), Frostbeam, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Summon Familiar (and leave KItty or Rover to DIE) in general anything speeding up party members and/or slowing down the pursuit to reach those 25(?) metres distance to be able to teleport to Camp.
