I think I would add in that she specifically knows about Minthara's missing expedition, seeing as how Minthara is a Baenre. It makes the potential recruitment of Minthara much more poignant.
I'm also curious what happened at the end there. Is the suggestion that an Absolute faction assassinated Erelunhe and subsequently ambushed Cembrye? Meaning that the Absolute has infiltrated Menzoberranzan?
Thanks for the Minthara suggestion, great idea and I have added a reference. As for the ending, yes that is the inference I wanted to leave. That Menzoberranzan is infiltrated, some of the Drow nobles are now aware something is going on, but aren't sure. The Drow are sending agents and the secret Absolute followers are reacting.
Maybe this would be a great DLC - the shadow war in Menzoberranzan during the events on the surface!
