Right now I’m almost at the end of a run romancing Halsin only. I don’t really find him sex crazed either. My impression is that there’s the thing Anska talks about (free after being captured by the goblins). But also the fact that he seems to have a lot on his plate with the grove and the curse. He seems to be feeling the weight of his responsibility in all this. So I guess he is quite preoccupied. Plus, he gets to know you better that way, most of all if you help him. I didn’t feel like it was badly conveyed, all in all.
