I placed my order over 9 months ago and I have still not received it.

I received a shipping notification and fedex tracking number which has not updated in over a month...(I assume it's lost) I have emailed larian several times never getting back to me. I have called fedex several times with no answers... this is ridiculous....

Pre-ordered this for my stepson for his Christmas gift. Ordered on December 10, 2023. Received the DLC email on July 4, 2024. I've never received an email indicating it was shipped, although when I go to my original order confirmation and click view order, it says the that it was shipped. I wonder if it will ever be received? Have to admit, when reading through this thread, I have nearly given up hope.

Well I received my order today.. it's completely destroyed.. the disc's are scratched or broke... I'm completely devastated with this situation... I hope Larian sees my email or this post.. I could hear bits of crushed plastic inside the box when it was delivered.. I sent all the photos to Larian... man this SUCKS

I am still waiting for my shipping info to be updated. Aside from the Digital Deluxe Edition DLC code I have no received any updates regarding my order. I am beginning to think it is lost in the mail somewhere, or was thrown out.

Hi. I ordered Baldur’s Gate 3 - Deluxe Edition 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been properly shipped (shipping to Poland).

Initially, I received a tracking number the day after placing the order, but the parcel was sent to the wrong address and got stuck at GLS’s sorting center for two weeks before being TERMINATED completely.

I contacted merch-support@larian.com. They asked for my address again and told me that I “will receive an email with a new tracking number but we will contact you again when the package has been shipped”.

I haven’t heard from them since. More than a week has passed, and they aren’t responding anymore.
It’s for a friend’s birthday, and it’s running late.

Terrible experience so far.
Please help.

Ja mam podobny przypadku zamowilem BG3 na koncie info ze gra wyslana a na liscie przewoznika GSL info ze czekaja na dostarczeniu przesylki.Czekam na odpowiedz pomocy technicznej

Czekam na odpowiedz bo bardzo chialbym w koncu zagroc w gre ma bardzo dobre opinie a jestem fanem rpg-gier.


I have a similar case, I ordered BG3 on the account info that the game has been sent and on the carrier list GSL info that they are waiting for the delivery of the package. I am waiting for a response from technical support

I am waiting for a response because I would really like to finally play the game, it has very good reviews and I am a fan of RPG games.
