This is a weird one and I apologise but I have finished the game 2 times now and the entire purpose of this run is to romance Lae'zel because I like her character and I have heard on a good playthroygh her romance is really good.

The problem is not long after I started this run I was completely spoiled as to how it plays out. I want to keep going but it has kind of ruined it. (I am the worlds unluckiest man when it comes to being spoiled for story stuff in games I enjoy)

I could just keep going and see it regardless but knowing how it ends does put a downer on it all.

Idk, I'm pretty annoyed at the moment.

I know it's perhaps not that helpful for you, but I personally care more about the experience of playing, so knowing potential outcomes doesn't really ruin it for me. Playing through the scenes and getting to experience them myself firsthand with my character is worth more.

I'd tell you to keep playing, but your feelings are valid, and if you genuinely feel like you can't continue, then that's sad, but that's the end.

Given how much spoiler-y content has become so widespread across fan spaces, I'd really recommend staying away from fan spaces on social media and the like, especially if it's a place where people aren't good at tagging spoilers.

To be fair with how her story plays out and how she changes when you aren't romancing her I had a slight feeling she would be like that at the end, but it would have been nice if it was more of a mystery.

Problem is it's specific dialogue in her act 2 romance and act 3 romance scenes that was spoiled too, dialogue that would seem really emotional if you experience it blind. Probably still is to be honest even after seeing what she says before I see it in game because it's one thing to see what she says but another entirely to experience it firsthand.

In my first playthrough I very much gravitated towards Karlach. And when I was in Act 2, Gale, Astarion and Karlachs endings were all spoiled for me before I even got to Act 3, and tbf especially Karlachs quest, they still got to me even though I knew what would happen with her engine.

It probably depends on what is important to you. While being spoiled if you were hoping to be surprised by the story isn't nice and I can understand your frustration, I feel that the cut scenes are more like the corner pieces of my playthrough. The enjoyment and emotional impact comes more from how things happen, in which order, and which chaotic, unplanned things occur. Those individual experiences are what shape my personal story and what makes the cutscenes feel special.

I hope you can still find enjoyment from your game, despite the spoilers.

I'll keep playing and see how I feel. If I stop playing entirely I'm missing out on seeing the cutscenes and content myself.

I can’t relate as to me spoilers don’t mean much. The story is either well told or it isn’t. Whenever I know how it ends it doesn’t make it for me any better or worse.

So I think it depends entirely to you. If you wanted to do Laez playthrough just to see where it goes, than yeah spending tenths of hours to do so sounds like a waste of time. However, knowing how are story ends and experiencing it are two very different things in my mind. So it is up to you if seeing Laez path progress is something you are willing to spend time experiencing.
