Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General Physical delivery.

I recently ordered a PS5 deluxe edition of the game but there was no delivery date. On the merch website it says both waves 1 and 2 will be shipping between April and May and given we're halfway through May I would expect at least an estimated date. Does anyone know how long Larian usually takes to ship?

I ordered my Physical Ps5 copy last December and still haven't received any email when it's being delivered. Have emailed them 3 times already without a response of exactly when this is due to get to me in London. This is getting beyond a joke. I really am on the verge of contacting my bank and getting my money back.

Hi, I'm in the U.K. and I have just got my tracking email. I received my bonus email yesterday.

Tracking gives a Royal Mail (not signed for) tracking number.

I just checked my email (also checked spam) but nada, nothing, not a sausage. If you could see my face it'd be between crying and angry.
Edit 22/5/24-I just received the email at last now just to wait 48 hours for delivery anyhow it gets lost, I'll tear my hair out.
24/5/24-Yep just as I thought nothing arrived and Royal mail tracking states still awaiting item. Pathetic service, for a game I paid £100 for in December 2023.

It's now the 30th of May and still nothings arrived. Royal mail still saying they haven't been sent the item from CQL.Global which is a joke. I haven't had no reply from Larian Merch. Even after emailing them multiple times. This is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in ordering anything.

Its absolutely ridiculous because even after Brexit I've ordered things from all over the world and I always got it within a week a most but this taking so long is pathetic. I got a tracking email this morning after I had to email Larian for it so it's nothing to do with the borders it's Larian if I have to email them very angrily for a tracking email. Apparently Larian dispatched it on the 22nd but neither them nor CQL or whatever it is emailed me to tell me. And that was after waiting 3 days for a response to my email. Absolutely atrocious.

I'm in Oceania. Ordered PS5 Deluxe. Wave 2. I've received the digital code for the goodies via email, but according to my order page it hasn't been shipped yet, and it's now mid-June.
