Great thread. I agree the second set of dialog options are bizarre and not at all in line with what most players are likely thinking at that point. You could honestly change, "I want you. I want your body" to something like, "I just want to be with you" without having any new lines recorded and I think it would solve like 70% of the problem. But I do think it would be nice, and in line with how the game has been played so far, to have an "I want nothing from you" option.

I think it bears repeating that this is not the same as asking Astarion's motivation in this scene to be changed; his end goal is to turn Tav, and he will either leave the conversation with a spawn or without a partner at all. We can argue about whether we really love that, but I'm willing to accept that as the writers' motives and goals for the character in that scene, as I think many others are as well. He is determined to twist literally anything Tav says into, "That means you want to be my spawn, don't you?" and there's no reason he can't do that if Tav says they are just happy to be with Astarion, or they don't want anything from him at all.

I can't speak to the changes requested for the spawn aftermath scenes as I haven't played them, but if there's no option to say no to Astarion there, that's equally problematic.
