I just received my PS5 physical deluxe edition of Baldur's Gate 3. The product page of the physical deluxe edition states that all digital deluxe items would be included.
However, when I access the camp, no digital deluxe items are available in the chest, and no other dice skin is available. In my Larian account, I can't access the character sheets and the soundtrack either, and when I look at available DLC on the PS Store, the deluxe edition upgrade is available for purchase, which means it is not added to my account yet.
I found no code or any instructions on how to redeem the digital deluxe content in the package of the physical deluxe edition. Does anyone have any idea on how can I redeem these items? Is anyone else facing the same issue?

I'm not sure but can I ask how long after you ordered it arrived? On the merch site it says wave 1 and 2 is between May and April so which wave was you in?

My problem is the other way around I haven't received my Ps5 physical game disk wave 1 ( been waiting 5 months ) but got an email with a code for the digital download of soundtrack, deluxe items etc. Count yourself lucky I'd rather have the actual game than these add-ons.

Check your emails from Larian. They just yesterday emailed me with a code but haven't received the actual game.

Hi, I'm in the U.K. and I have just got my tracking email. I received my bonus email yesterday.

Tracking gives a Royal Mail (not signed for) tracking number

I just checked my email (also checked spam) but nada, nothing, not a sausage. If you could see my face it'd be between crying and angry.
Edit 22/5/24-I just received the email at last now just to wait 48 hours for delivery anyhow it gets lost, I'll tear my hair out.
24/5/24-Yep just as I thought nothing arrived and Royal mail tracking states still awaiting item. Pathetic service, for a game I paid £100 for in December 2023.
