Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Where is my owlbear?

I saved the baby owlbear from the goblin camp. He showed up when I camped in Grymforge, but I've camped a few times since and have not seen him. I saved Scratch, and he is a permanent member of my camp. Did I do something wrong when the owlbear showed up at camp? I can't remember the dialog options but I think I dropped some food for him to eat.

He should show up again during another long rest - he runs away the first time but he'll come back. It may take a few more long rests before he does.

He eventually did come back. Interestingly, the fist episode where the owlbear returns and was scared away by Shadowheart happened twice. I finally got the scene where the baby wants to be healed and now have him permanently.

Happy he's with you permanently now. I was relieved when I finally got him in my camp. That is odd, never had that part where he runs away happen twice.
