Both of those Minthara animations (at 2:55 and 3:25) on Tav during kisses and the appraisal and bite kiss (with changed expressions) from Patch 6 would be my dream kiss cycle. With kneeling kiss in epilouge tavern (also with changed expression).
There is so much focus on Astarion changing and becoming "bad", but Tav is changed too. When becoming a spawn or bride I would expect a new lust for blood and violence. Absolute devotion to Astarion as their Vampire master but also brimming with want to taste his blood.
