So... patch 7 is scheduled to be released in September. At least 3 more months of having to endure these great "improvements" to AA romance (if these changes even get reverted at all).
Meanwhile, modders are doing even more fantastic work. Once again, thank you modders for fixing the game for us! <3
This is an awesome mod! The biggest joy I've had in a while! Too bad I chose body 3 in my walkthrough, but now I can start a new game, with DU and Astarion, and will know what beautiful romance lies ahead.
Such variety, every kiss is wonderful! I know kisses of other companions have been used, but since I haven't had any romances other than Astarion, it's just such a huge variety for me and I think everything fits wonderfully. Very pleased with the kiss on the cheek, after which you can kiss Astarion passionately yourself! And when Tav touches Astarion's cheek with her hand and he covers her hand with his, closes his eyes and they touch foreheads and then kiss... And when Tav kisses Astarion's forehead... Yes they are all passionate and loving!
And hugging Astarion is now possible too. <3
I don't think Larian themselves will do any better than this, but they should at least remove trigger traumatizing content from their game just to avoid hurting people. I will most likely only play with this mod.
Crossing my fingers that when mods are available for consoles in September, this will be included. I will 100% replay if it is.
