Possible reason regarding MInthara is you killed Dror Ragzlin, that usually sets the whole camp into aggressive mode and is why its recommended to kil him last, in case of MIntahra going so aggressive to you, ideally you want to get to her besst side before killing Dror Ragzling.
I will have to admit that the whole camp was done by the time I got to her. I don't think I've got a save before I killed him not sure but I will check and if I do I'll test it out. Thanks
