I'm in Oceania. Ordered PS5 Deluxe. Wave 2. I've received the digital code for the goodies via email, but according to my order page it hasn't been shipped yet, and it's now mid-June.

Sent an email to support several days ago, no response. This whole thing is just disappointing. I don't know if their support team is just a single person or something but they're either really short-staffed, or they're being inundated with tickets due to these issues. I just want more communication.
