@Sini - I made a video for you with the voice lines!
Most of the voice lines seem to be referring to the player character being hurt or needing help in battle. The ones I put together are some I found from Astarion, Minthara, Gale, Jaheira, and Minsc.

My favorites from Astarion are "I forbid you from dying!" "Let's play doctor!" "Naughty, naughty." "Let's not waste any blood." "Maybe they like being restrained?"
Also the: "You useless little...!" He could be saying that to Sceleritas.
I was surprised by how loving and soft Minthara can actually be! I thought it was really sweet.
Minsc had some funny lines too.^^ I will hate not having Minsc and Boo in my evil run...
Yes, Sceleritas then disappeared for days and you find him rolled up in a carpet in Cazador's coffin. Astarion will then tell you that Sceleritas must have had an accident while cleaning the carpets.What a tragedy, we always hear about such terrible accidents.
ROFL. That's perfect! xD He may have to get used to a lifetime of spending days locked in the palace attic, or getting buried in the garden.^^;
The Dark Urge and Alfira actually have a rather tragic Story together. So the following may not be particularly funny, but it touched me.(Switching my game to English...makes it easier. :))
Awww... I will need to try saving her next time, even though that will probably be an evil playthrough.
I also love the reactions of your companions when you die in battle as a Dark Urge and you have a little approval from them. Astarion comments on your death with "Oh no, not my sweet bloodthirsty friend", for example if Astarion dies, your Dark Urge comments on it with "Not Astarion!". They both then have a whiny, slightly angry voice. This also seems to be Dark Urge only and seems only happens at the beginning of the game. All companions with a little approval then react.
I liked Astarion's comment when Dark Urge dies, but I feel like it no longer fits once you're in a committed relationship with him.
It should then be something like, "No! My sweet consort!" :p
I love this guy, this is just so funny. And yeah, I actually had that 'Ohhh - Grym' moment too
hahaha.
