I have this bug on Shar's temple. In the second altar I can't open the door after inserted the 3 gemstones. Check my gameplay video:

Just ran into this identical issue. Honor mode run and without a fix, run is over?

Can you use the Knock spell to open it?

Yeah, just went and got Gale, knock works.

They seem to have patched knock, and i have this exact issue. Anyone have a solution? I went to a previous save and still it isnt working

Still happening for me as of yesterday. "Knock" spell worked for me.
