I don't mind the cap. Most CRPG games have it. My only complaint would be - like Wormerine said - that one hits it too fast. IMO Act 1 should be capped at lvl 4 and Act 2 at lvl 8. Larian is TOO generous with XP (the same Brainbug trash which in Act 1 gave 10XP in Act 2 gives 140?!?).
