I can understand. But for me, I actually like for there to be turnover among devs in a studio, because the same people making the same games again and again eventually results in creative stagnation. It's good for creativity to have "new blood."

On the other hand, the old devs created the DA universe and had a vision of how the story will unfold. This was not to help any creative process, this was to get costs down, so that the managers can give themselves bigger bonusses. At the Bioware forums someone posted a chart, where you can see a EA manager getting a really obscene bonus in the year, they announced, they had to let people go. I really can't stand this amount of greed.
