I have been way too careful in my playthroughs. I need to be more chaotic next time.
Make every bad decision. I always play in honor mode and I just do stupid things. What is supposed to happen? Then we just die, I make a new game and we get better, I'll definitely make that stupid decision again, but this time I'm prepared. However, I have never died because of nonsense in the game, but because I underestimated situations.
THIS decision could have cost me my Honor Mode if my companions had jumped in after me. I have to say, that the day before I laughed at said friend in multiplayer because his fire elementals ignited something, at this exact point in the game. ^^ That must have been karma ...

Maybe they all have a "younger Gortash" mod installed? (Not hating on Gortash! Just funny to me for some reason whenever people in the game talk about him like this.)
