Don't worry so much about Astarion. He's very smart and I think he would really enjoys Sceleritas. He knows he can't kill Sceleritas and Sceleritas can't kill Astarion, everything they do to each other is only short-lived and as soon as they get back they think about how best to take revenge. I am firmly convinced that they would protect each other in an emergency. (No, not a nail emergency grin) smile

In the depths of his heart, Sceleritas certainly loves Astarion too, but would never tell him or show it. He probably secretly cleans his hairbrush and when he thinks Astarion is fast asleep, he does his nails (lol). And when you sleep, Sceleritas covers you both.
