I am working my way through the Shattered Sanctum battling the Goblins after killing 2 of the 3 leaders. Halsin has lost the ability to Heal himself with the skills that he has. He does he regain those skills / attributes?

Did you run out of spell slots, by any chance?

If not possible - throw Healing Potions at him. He will lap up the puddle and be right as rain

Yes. How does he regain those spell slots since he does no go to camp with my party?

How do I get Halsin to rest?

If Halsin has not joined your band of adventures/ the camp as a playable and controllable character, then you cant make him take a long rest just like that, almost sounds like you've run into an issue with him before he joins up with you properly, is your game mod free?
