Guess, you've got the Asiatic ones? or the endemic Africans? (Victoria, Tanganijka, Malawi) - they're more in fashion here. But I prefer the classic South Americans <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> - why? I've got soft water in my town and like the fully planted tanks (Cryptocoryne mainly) - only enemy factor are Nematobrycon Palmeri, they're behaving like Guppies <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />

Aerator? Those bubbles coming from a stone? Nope, I don't have it, drives out CO2 - need this for the plants to grow = jungle.

BTW, my first fish tank was in Sri Lanka => so I started with Asiatic fish
