That is not the point, I can't complete their quest and I don't get the legendary item. What the point of a game that gives you options then the options bug out.
I've missed lots of stuff because of bugs. I'm down an entire companion because he flat out disappeared. I've spend about 20 hours bug fixing total, and it could have been much more, had I not killed Shadowheart or attempted to fix more. However, you really need to roll with the blows and move on. This is the game a year post release. It will never reach 0 bugs. The Selune style of the Weapon is genuinely trash, it doesn't matter.
