Yeah, it's a disappointing, I didn't get to see the original version either... Just in case, read the mod description before installing it, as the mod changes how Astarion is dressed (pants) not only in this scene, but in other scenes too, if that doesn't fit you, you can install the mod just before the final night scene, after going through the ritual.
